I saw an earlier mention about how these interfaces work, but for some reason the people I'm trying to play with can't hear me. I tried every combination of the settings on here, but it's not playing through to other people. I'm connected via USB, not a headphone jack. So can someone give me a hand with this? I've been playing for a while, but I'm not too savvy when it comes to the recording setup and all of that stuff.

Also, it's not giving me any error codes either

Please check that the Send button in the bottom right corner of the jammr window is pressed (dark gray). When Send is on others hear you. When Send is off others don't hear you.

If you have any doubts about whether Toneport UX2 recording is working, please try recording yourself using Audacity:

Audacity uses the same audio library as jammr. This means if it works with Audacity then it should also work with jammr.
