Hi

I'm a newbie. I've just plugged a “Blue Snowball iCE” USB Mic into my Windows 10 PC. It works fine with Audacity and other apps but I can't get it working with jammr.

I can hear other folks just fine but they can't hear me at all. I have tried just about every combination of settings with no progress. I have also read through the tech support section on this forum.

I've looked at the “recording” tab in Control Panel and it all looks fine.

Any pointers as to how I can diagnose and fix my problem?

The good news is that if it works in Audacity then chances are high jammr can be made to work too.

Is the Send button in the bottom right corner of the jammr window enabled?

Doh! - That's just me expecting lots of tech problems but avtually - I hadn't even spotted the Send button. Now all working fine - many thanks
