Hey, did anyone else get ‘error 6’?

Specifically, in trying to login, I received a message that said: “Failed to login with error 6, please report this bug.”

Hi getourtunes,
I replied to your private message, but will post a similar response here in case others hit error 6.

Error 6 is an SSL error, which indicates that the network connection to jammr.net is untrusted.

Have you installed any “certificates” on your computer recently? Sometimes they are required by internet providers or virus scanners but they can interfere with SSL connections.

Did logging in work for you before? SSL issues can happen on specific networks like hotel wifi connections.

Also Setting you computers Date and Time wrong can cause this in some cases..

Which operating system are you using: Windows, Mac, or Linux?

Is the time and date on your computer correct?

Have you installed any certificates on your computer (from your employer, internet service provider, or government)?
