Hi Bluzax58,
There are two common reasons for a volume difference between how you hear yourself and how others hear you:

1. Please disable direct monitoring by turning the “Mixer” knob on the Presonus Audiobox USB 96 all the way to “Playback”. If you no longer hear yourself, make sure to enable “Play back my audio” in jammr's sound settings.

2. If you are running other software besides jammr, like a DAW or amp/effects simulator, it is likely that jammr isn't receiving the output of the other program. There are virtual audio cable utilities like VB-CABLE (Windows), BlackHole (Mac), and JACK (Linux) that can route audio between programs. Or you can load VST plugins and AudioUnits inside jammr if the amp/effects you are using support that.

Please check these two things. If that doesn't solve the issue, please describe your setup so we can look into it further. Thanks!
