Make Access To Jammr.net Profile Explicit In The Web UI

Suggest adding the text ‘(Edit Profile)’ next to “Hi !” in the upper right of the Web UI, since that's the hidden way to access the Jammr Profile now. Or maybe add ‘Profile’ next to ‘Forum’?
