installed 32 and 64 bit

I have avast free installed

i7 2.4GHz
8gb ram
64 bit OS

program doesnt launch

anybody got any recommendations to fix this?

Does anything happen when you double-click the jammr icon to launch jammr (for example, an error dialog box)?

Hi, Thank yo ufor the reply. Nothing actualy happens. My mouse pointer turns into a little wheel that spins for a second and then nothing.

I have even turned off defender and all my protection. The same thing.

A log file is created when jammr launches. It might contain clues about what is happening.

Please open Windows Explorer (the file browser), enter “%localappdata%\jammr\jammr\log.txt” into the address bar, and press Enter. It should bring up the log containing technical information showing what happened when launching jammr. Please copy-paste the contents of the file.

If you customized the installation folder when installing then you may need to replace “%localappdata%” with the path to the folder you chose.
