Jammr app keeps closing when I click on connect . Windows warning says “program has stopped working”

Sorry there is an issue with jammr on your machine. Please start jammr and instead of connecting to a jam session, go to Help | Show log. It will display technical information about your computer's sound devices.

Please copy-paste the information that gets displayed onto the forum here. Perhaps jammr is incompatible with one of the sound devices.

It may help to change the audio system and input/output sound devices in jammr's sound settings.
