I have downloaded the windows version twice and each time when I click to install I get an error that says

Installer integrity check has failed. Contact author to obtain a new copy. Is there some other place I can download it from?

When the integrity check fails it means the file you downloaded has been corrupted. Either it means the file size is incorrect because the download was stopped early or actual bytes in the file have changed.

I will send you a link so you can download jammr in another format.


Verifying the download manually is possible but can be a little technical. I am including the information for reference below, but don't worry if you don't want to try it.

The first step is to check your Jammr-installer.exe has the correct file size. The file size of Jammr-installer.exe for jammr 1.2.3 is 5941043 bytes.

The checksums for Jammr-installer.exe for jammr 1.2.3 are:
MD5: 6ea0664be2666d5244e7752b0c8d331a
SHA1: b204ad5ac2b48ef93f96136b8f2cad4be32f0903

You can verify checksums using this command-line tool from Microsoft or by uploading the file to an online checksum tool like Online MD5.

hi have down loaded jammr but cant login in when i press on the app , as login failure , siign comes up , with the words 6errors report this bug , but i can login on the jammr web sites can you help regards

Which error number are you seeing?

If you get error number 6 and are running Windows XP, then you need to run Windows Update and install the latest updates (including Internet Explorer). This will allow jammr to connect successfully.
