I have an account and password at the website, but on two different Macs I get the “jammr quit unexpectedly” dialog box the moment I click to open the software. (2 different OS versions: 10.10.5 and 10.8.5)
Help! I'd love to use the product!

Hi,
The latest version of jammr is tested on macOS Sierra (10.12). This could explain why it won't run.
Please open Applications | Utilities | Console. More details on how to open the Console application here:
http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/26480/where-can-i-find-my-crash-logsIn the Console application you can find the jammr crash reports under “User Reports”.
Please copy-paste the crash report onto the forum here. Or you can email it to
info@jammr.net.
Thanks,
Stefan

jammr 1.2.7 requires macOS Sierra (10.12). If you do not want to update your OS please follow these instructions:
You can download the previous Mac version here:
https://jammr.net/static/1.2.6/jammr.dmgThe old version asks you to install the update at startup. You can disable the update checker by opening the Terminal app and running the following command:
defaults write net.jammr.jammr jammr.updateUrl -string ''
