The official weekly jam sessions are every Friday & Saturday. You can find the local time in your timezone here:

Saturday session world times
You can jam any time and don't need to wait for the official weekly jam sessions. If you start jammr and do not see anyone online, just join a public jam session and play by yourself for a few minutes. Chances are someone else will join you and you'll have someone to play with.
