No sound from metronome or if someone playing

Hi Guys,

I've spent lots of hours to read topics and set up a session but still no suc6. I only hear myself playing.

My gear Zoom R24 as audio USB interface.
Jammr Settings:
Input device: Line(Zoom R16_24 Audio Interface)
Disabled: Play back my audio
Ouput device: Line(Zoom R16_24 Audio Interface)
sample rate 44.1 kHz
Latency(ms): 5.8
Audio System setting: Windows WDM-KS ( but I also tried: MME, Windows Wasapi, Windows Direct Sound)

When I start a new Jam and set as admin the BPM 116 and BPI to 16, I enable the metronome and see only 1 small blue block in the bar below. I don't hear a click or beat and nothing happens. The BPM and BPI in the right corner still shows 120 and 32.

If I join a Public Jam, I do not hear anyone playing.
Why can't I hear someone playing?

Regards,

When the Metronome / Interval bar stop on first Tick this generaly mean that the Codec / Soundsystem has crashed internaly .
This is usely cause by either something else has the device open or Lack of support I.e ASIO
try closeing any DAWs you have open and try again

with this kind of sinario E.g Using a multichanel mixer its better to send the output Mix from the mixer to a seperate soundcard and give up the whole sound card to jammr as jammr does not like to share devices

this is how i have my Mx1 Setup and i can use daws and Vst hosts without any problems.

Hope this helps.
