Hallo I just launched jammr and want to configure my audio i/o and i am noticing there is no asio as a option in audio system so thats wierd. I have focusrite 2i2 2nd gen and if i choose anything than Windows WDM-KS the metronome is just not working (just stops at the begining) so yeah…

I have a samson USB mic and yesterday it worked fine. today not at all. message is "there was a problem starting audio… What gives?

Also Focusrite 2i2 here, working with Latency, like it does not support ASIO from scarlett.

Please copy-paste the technical information displayed when you go to Help | Show log and I will post recommendations on which settings to use.

Some general tips:
1. Usually “Windows WDM-KS” works best.
2. 44100 and 48000 Hz are the most common sample rates are are supported by many devices.
3. Latency should usually be set between 5-12 milliseconds so that you don't hear audio glitches.

I hear to much latency, unplayable, even with Windows WDM-KS, worse.

Hi!
I'm trying to connect with Blackstar ID:CORE comboamp, that is plugged in into my PC via USB. It's selected as my default input device in Windows and I can hear myself if I chose to play from this device. However, if I try to join the room I get the following error


and the log shows:

Hi Chris79,
I recommend enabling “Play back my audio” in jammr's sound settings and if your Focusrite interface has a monitor mix knob then please turn it so you only hear audio from the computer (no hardware monitoring). Your instrument should feel fine with the latency setting shown in the log (5 milliseconds).

Can you describe what you mean by latency?
