Hello

1-Please incorporate an input monitor for all users with peak, so everyone can equalize volume.
2-Please add a flashing tempo strobe light, regardless of metronome being on (critical to everyone)!
3-Please list our own names in the list of the room, so we can then see our own input monitor and adjust volume.

I agree with this. A visual always on metronome will help so much. Levels and such can still be sorted in a session but to get people to play in time is more important i think.
