I’ve paid for a Premium subscription, but nothing seems to happen with I click on “DOWNLOAD”. I am working with an iPad Pro, is this the problem?

It won't work on a iPad/iPhone, as they run iOS.

Jammr is only supported on Windows, Mac (OS X), and Linux.

Cgill4: Thanks for getting in touch. The Premium subscription has been cancelled and refunded. We hope to have phone and tablet apps in the future, but for now jammr is only available on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.
