Your connection should suffice, as Jammr allows the time for signal to be processed (buffering).
It plays back what other players in the jam played before in their loop, you play when you hear them, then signal is sent to others and they hear it synchronized with their previous loop. That's why your speed won't influence much latency, which is already compensated. And that's the reason we are getting decent quality of sampling here compared to the other “real time” jamming programs.
