PSI can not find the “ISRG Root X1” in the Certificate-Listing anywhere.

it is indeed here … sorry missed that!

Hi Bo,
A new SSL certificate has been deployed that does not need the “ISRG Root X1” root certificate. You should now be able to re-enable SSL certificate checking on your machines. All other users with the same problem should find that jammr works now without taking any manual steps.

Hola folks. Good year new cheer…I too get this error on newly/used win10 pro. What is the fix? This machine can not go to win 11 due to hardware limits…

Hi waynematabar45,
You can temporarily disable SSL certificate verification as shown in this forum thread, but I need to find a long-term fix.
The reason this came back is because jammr.net switched to Let's Encrypt for its SSL certificate again recently.
I'll try to reproduce it on Windows 10 and will update you once there is a proper fix.

waynematabar45: Please confirm that you can access https://jammr.net/ in the Edge (or Internet Explorer) web browser on the affected machine. This will help confirm whether this is a system-wide SSL problem or related to jammr. Thanks!
(Firefox and Google Chrome may use their own SSL software, so please test using the built-in Edge/Inter Explorer browser.)

Hi waynematabar45,
jammr has switched to another SSL certificate to avoid the error. Please let me know if you still hit the error. Thanks!
