Hi Gorsch. I use a Beringer USB mixer for interface. It have some settings to send the Signal trough differents ways. “Send mix Signal to earphones and control” “to output” etc maybe is something like that. I think so because if you can hear the other musicians means that tour computer is comunicating whit the interface. I'm an absolut begginer…. I hope you can fix every thing and enjoy jammr. Take care
