Hi All ¡¡
After instalation, I have this c++ error (image attached)
I've removed all c++ modules, and reinstalled again 2010 and 2015 updates, but the error doesn't disappear.
Any advice?
thank so much

Hi xaviganjam,
Unfortunately jammr currently does not support one of the sound devices that is connected to your machine.
If you have USB sound cards that you are not using (including USB headsets), please try unplugging them before launching jammr.
Perhaps this workaround will solve the issue. I hope this issue will be fully fixed in a future jammr update.

Many Thanks, but I don't think that the problem are USB devices or soundcards, because I haven't any connected. First always I'm trying to install the software and after then I begin to make test to configure it.
I will keep trying to solve this
my best wishes

In that case the internal sound card or drivers for virtual devices are not compatible with jammr. Unfortunately this is a rare known issue that will hopefully be resolved in a future jammr update.
Which sound card(s) does your computer have?
You can find the list in Device Manager:

I don't know what's wrong, but I had a previosly error like this, with another music program, that once you had made the registration, the program closed byitself
The Pc is a Compac Presario CQ60 with Windows Vista SP2
and sound card: Conexant HD smartaudio 221
