but surely the first time you play it with any vigor the tapes gonna start to peel off!!!
maybe a better idea for you next project instead of using insulation tape use stick on black vinyl and use
a craft knife to cut away the design the vinyl will stick much better than the tape.

Decided to add some color to my keyboard here is the result
Looks groovy and makes it a little easier to find those notes too.

I used Self Adhesive Transparent Film cut to key shapes
