I am on a MAC. I've signed in to the jammr application and started a new jam, but there is no admin menu. In fact there is no visible menu at all. What am I doing wrong please?

I have created a private session with user Nacky. He is on a windows 10 machine. When he clicks on my session he gets a message “Failed to start audio”. He hits OK and then it prompts him to settings. How can he know what settings to change please?

Sorry for troubling you. Reboot of windows machine solved problem. Should have done that first.
