I am a newbue and no matter what I do, on this windows 7, I cannot get audio. Same on my windows 10 machine. I have tried all devices in settings to no avial. Please help.

Hi Chromatic64,
Sorry you are experiencing issues getting audio working. It looks like there is a built-in Realtek soundcard and a Logitech USB webcam.

The log shows that an attempt was made to use the Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000 as the input device and the Realtek soundcard as the output device. Please try the following settings:

Audio system: Windows WDM-KS
Input device: Microphone (Logitech Microphone (Pro 5000))
Output device: Speakers (Realtek HD Audio output)
Sample rate: 44100 Hz
Latency: between 5-12 milliseconds

If this does not work then it's possible that the Logitech webcam and the Realtek don't support the same sample rate, which means they use different audio formats and jammr cannot use them together as input and output devices at the same time.

In that case I would recommend using the Realtek soundcard as both the input and the output device. Wearing headphones will prevent feedback.

If you have access to a USB sound interface like a Focusrite Scarlett or Solo then it should be easier to set up and the audio quality would be higher.
