John, if you're using Jammr as your monitoring source then you may try clicking “Play back my audio” in the settings menu… you should be able to hear yourself then.

Hey Bill - I remember you having an issue or two yesterday… maybe I can help some. Looks like you have a couple of options available on the TD 25. Can you tell me what you have downstream of the drum kit? As in… your computer setup?
