You said it! I'm often surprised about recordings from my playing, but so long i feel great while I'm playing it makes fun. That'll do me fine.
I started recordings only as a curiosity and as mentioned before my recordings are awful. I got some progress with a bit of post processing in audaciti with guitar rig as vst effect (if remastering is a way to get better sounds). As a matter of fact my mobile phone or tablet record a better sound then my computer, I think because the mic is very important for the phone and works better. Jammr is also a good way to register a cloud track for remastering.

I like ukulele, recorder, guitar, drum, piano (absolute beginner)

I've often felt great while playing and was surprised when the recording didn't sound as good as I remembered. It feels different when you are playing…

Hey - that's the same effect to me. So I'm glad that everything is fine with me!

Talertim: If you're still looking for a victim send it to me. Are there any additional inputs (key, chord progression)? otherwise I will try to find it out. Maybe a new topic for this work would be nice, wouldn't it?

I suggest audacity format because audacity is simple to use and as a free tool available for all. Using mp3 many times via import / export would result in low quality and also maybe someone is very talented in remixing and manipulating the tracks.

Hi all, I am a little late to the party, but I have done mixing and mastering of audio for a few years now. I am very much an amateur, but I will gladly give it a shot if I can help Also, this way of jamming is a great idea! I have done this with a friend of mine before and can have some really great results

Good luck all!

Does anyone have time to get this thing going?

Next week I'll be able to participate.
